I ordered a new phone and it arrived a few days later. The GPS wasn't working, but I contacted Supero and they suggested to do a factory reset. After that, the GPS worked. Fast delivery and quick response to emails, thanks Supero.

Simple. Fast. Met my expectations as a demanding and picky buyer of technology. I had a super fast email response to a technical question about a OnePlus 3T phone. Emails about the order delivery were also speedy. Item arrived as expected and faster than expected! Highly recommend buying from these guys. My experience was straightforward and positive. The last thing I'll say is that from NZ they were also the cheapest for the product I was after.

Quick response to questions about product. Delivery seems expensive compared to other similar companies but via DAHL express is very quick and good tracking so worth it. Phone I ordered is great and excellent price, not available in stores in my country.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy C5. My wife signed for it and kept it for me to open. Before opening it I noticed the bag had some DHL "rechecked" tape on it, so I photographed it before opening. On opening I discovered that all the packaging was ripped open and there was no phone inside! After emailing and phoning DHL almost everyday for 2 weeks, been given the run around about checking CCTV footage and being told that I wasn't insured for it, Supero finally agreed to send me a replacement. Which, 3 weeks after originally receiving an empty package, did arrive and works perfectly. I have wondered whether to give Supero a much higher rating, because the end result was actually what I wanted. After all, I believe it was either DHL or Courier Post (who did the final delivery to the door), who were responsible when the phone was stolen. However, I believe Supero could have done a lot better: 1. They said during our long conversations that I could have chosen an insured shipment, but the option for this on their website is not at all obvious and you have to email them for a quote - surely it is not that difficult to provide a proper price? Customers beware - your shipment is not actually insured. This is in the fine print, but I think the option for insurance should be easier. 2. Supero have way more clout with the courier companies than any individual does, so rather than putting the emphasis on me to do the chasing with DHL I believe any decent company would have taken this upon themselves to sort out. 3. All that was needed in the end was for me to file a police report and send it to Supero, then they sent a replacement. If they had done this when I first told them the phone was missing, I would probably be giving them 8-9 stars instead of 2. I hope that with only two stars other people will read this and learn something from it.
