Good service by the Superior team in Hong Kong. They dispatched immediately after the order was placed. Received the product in NZ in 4 days. Faster delivery with a reasonable DHL frieght charges. Would shop on Supero again.

I brought the Canon G7X mark ii. Supero offered the cheapest price in NZ delivery came from Hong Kong, took 5 days. Very good camera, packaged well. Didnt come with nz plug to charge battery, so you will need to buy a universal plug if you dont have one....unless you can request an nz plug.

This camera has a great spec for the price and Supero were happy to answer any questions before purpose. It was well packaged and couriered in a timely fashion and it was great being able to track progress. My only initial disappointment was that the supplied manual was completely in ? Japanese so when I switched the camera on, all of the screen text was in that language too, so where to start to change the language to English? Thankfully there were some short YouTube tutorials by other users who had come up against the same problem, so copying what they did eventually led me to the language options tab and a successful change.

Price was excellent, delivery very prompt. Goods arrived well packed. However, only after placing order did it become apparent that the goods were coming from HongKong, not NZ. The downside of this is that the power pack was UK, and had a NZ adapter - functional, but not the tidiest. No GST was included - great for personal purchase, but no good for business purchase as it is not possible to reclaim GST (hence actual cost higher than other suppliers).

This is my second purchase from Supero, and again I've not been let down. The device is fantastic, but the service from Supero is brilliant. The device arrived quite quickly, the postage charge was reasonable, and the email comms kept me right up-to-date. I'm very happy and will definitely use Supero as my first call when looking for a new phone or device.

Really impressed with Supero, recommended by a friend who also bought a Sony Xperia phone. Market leading prices and extremely quick shipping. The phone was very well packaged with three layers of protection I'd happily buy again next time
