I bought the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra. I ordered it on Friday and I received the phone on Wednesday. I am very grateful for the fast delivery. Also thank you for packing well so that it will not be damaged.

It was huge saving , the same phone was at least NZ$350 more to buy at the cheapest retailer who also parallel imported ,so very good deal ! Excellent phone ,to replace my S4 who was dying, thank you Guido

I purchased a Canon M100 mirrorless camera from Supero after sourcing them through Priceme. The service has been great with excellent delivery communication and rural delivery within 1 week.

Delay in advising me of dispatch number past the 3 business days lead to concern but help desk assured me and everything went well. Product turned up at door 6 days after order. very good.

Disappointing. I've used Supero twice now, with the first experience being good. This time however it was a different story. I placed my order and waited for my product. When I checked the tracking to see how close it was to arriving it was showing it had been delivered to Hamilton. When I chased up why that happened I was initially told I'd been given the wrong tracking info, which then changed to they'd sent it to the wrong place, and that a replacement would be arranged and overnighted to me. The replacement was arranged, but it also took around the same time to ship in from overseas so I ended up waiting ages. No offer to compensate in any way and the emails weren't apologetic. If anything the rep was dismissive ('i have shipped your order, yet again' - like it was my fault...). The product is good, but this is definitely the last time I'll use these guys.
