Very fast delivery from overseas. Perfect tracking up to NZ then Courier Post let things down by not scanning the item (not Supero's fault). Camera several hundred dollars cheaper than elsewhere. No complaints, will shop again.

This company is amazing. They Shipped my order from from HongKong to New Zealand just hours after I ordered it on line. I was able to track my parcel to New Zealand. It arrived 3 days later. Absolutely brilliant. Awesome in fact..Well done Supero.You are brilliant!!

Dont trust these guys!! I don't think they are a real company and I can't believe the reviews on here! I ordered a new samsung s5 here and after 9 days of purchase date I received a phone that came in un unsealed box, stains and rips all over it and the phone and accessories had scratches. Moreover, it wasn't a genuine samsung s5 phone. I didn't receive any receipt nor warranty details, both service and communication was not professional and subpar. Was given an explanation about slow shipping (they had to order the phone from overseas) but no explanation to the second hand-definitely NOT NEW nor genuine samsung product. Really disgusted.

called them up as i wanted to speak to someone in NZ, had a chat with Johnny determined that they are based in west auckland. proceeded with a purchase of s6 g920f on thrusday night. received tracking information on friday night and low and behold i have the phone in my hands within 4 days(wouldve been faster if there wasnt a long weekend). will update again once i use the phone for a few weeks. cheers guys will shop from you again soon and recommend ya

Once placed order everthing went very smoothly with good communication. Trader could better establish its NZ based credentials to give better confidence around a go to point in event of issues ie not just through the web

I still haven't received my phone, over two weeks and it is still saying on the courier page that it is with customs. I have contacted SUPERO and have received no help, they told me to contact customs myself. Poor service and I have no idea when or if I will get my phone.

Prompt response to my many questions. The phones were exactly what we wanted at a good price and arrived 2 days after ordering. Would definitely recommend.
