Emailed order Friday 20th Nov 15. I understood product would be coming from overseas. I was allowing a week for delivery. Surprise, surprise I received it at 7.00 pm on Monday 23rd Nov 15, delivered from Hong Kong. Deliveries within Auckland take longer than that. By end of day Tuesday had nano card from Vodafone installed and phone all set to go. No issues.

Quick delivery. Ordered on Sunday got it on Wednesday. Very good communication. Tracking number was given before even asking for it. Product was amazing. Still sealed and even sent a universal charger for it. Pricing is really good.

I purchased Sony Xperia M5 from Supero. I paid the money via bank transfer. I got my phone in 5 days span. I would get spontaneous e-mail reply from Supero for the product delivery. The customer service via e-mail is really good.

We ordered late on a Friday, in NZ, and the phones arrived Monday afternoon ! Couldn't recommend them highly enough. We bought two phones and they are perfect. Brand new, exactly as described. Two very satisfied customers.
