Excellent service. Very smooth ordering process and delivery arrived in less than a week exactly like ordered. It was provided tracking delivery through DHL, and the packing was fully protecting the product.

I was very pleased with the good communication and prompt delivery, especially during the Christmas rush. I ordered the phone on Thursday and it arrived at lunch time Monday.

Service was good. The phone arrived from Hong Kong a few days which was carefully packaged. Phone works fine. Just slightly concern the seal on the box was broken and was taped over with another seal.

I have placed this review with Supero as well. Supero is now my top provider, I rate the goods the packaging, the service, the prices as faultless. That said the NZ freight carriers they are not so good, the goods as with other goods from other providers I get trucked around my country I consider the freight service as third world, NZ freight needs a hurry up 6 days from CHCH to the westcoast., Pull the other leg. Supero I will thank you again for your %100 dedication and service to your customer... have a great Christmas. The NZ consumer needs you!

I am totally blown away with Supero they are very easy to deal with they back up their sales pitch and are most accommodating and friendly. If that was not enough their packaging is superb and if not for the state of transport in NZ which is ordinary at the best of times, I would have given 5 stars for Delivery. Supero with all the things you do and supply and have direct control over I give you a %100 and above rating totally pleased, Thank you all. Steve Westland

An exceptional experience, ordered on Friday night, received on Thursday. DHL could have done a better job but that's nothing to do with Supero. I also sent an email regarding shipping, and got a reply withing 5 minutes! Will shop again.

I ordered grey one, they said later it is sold out, so I bough black camera instead. Otherwise everything was excellent experience, really fast shipping, although from Hong Kong.
