Ordered a nexus 6p from supero on wednesday afternoon, got it on friday morning. It did the trip from hong kong to christchurch amazingly fast. The packaging was the chinese version, and it's not sold with a NZ plug, but had an adapter, which is kind of annoying, specially because it wasn't specified. Didn't have any problem so I can't really say the service was good or bad.

I was nervous at first, about buying a phone I hadn't seen in shops from company if never heard of. Online reviews helped me trust them. I'm so glad I did! I now have an awesome, high spec phone for the same price as what is junk in the big name stores. I would gladly recommend supero to friends, etc. I'm so happy that there's now an option to avoid the ridiculous mark up us poor kiwis usually have no choice about! I really like my phone and was impressed with the info I received like tracking numbers, etc. I got the phone quickly. I wasn't sure which colour I wad getting as the description said white, but the photo was black...my only feedback is that perhaps supero could be very accurate with their descriptions. Thanks

ORDERED A CAMERA AND 2 LENSES ON THE 24TH DECEMBER,AND DESPITE HOLIDAY SEASON HOLIDAYS THE PACKAGE STILL ARRIVED IN EXCELLENT ORDER AND IN A GOOD TIME WITH REGULAR PROGRESS UPDATES .

It was easy as to find what I wanted for a great price on the Supero website...after a emailing a quick question, I got a prompt reply so decided to order straight away. Despite it being the Xmas/New Year holidays, the item was couriered in quick smart time. I will definitely buy from Supero again...thanks guys.

Ordered an S6 Edge. Queries answered in an instance. Easy process to order, great website, lowest price, delivered in 3 working days. They did email me for additional ID proof which I was happy to provide and gave me confidence they are not protecting against credit card fraud and not just making a quick sale. What more could you want! Kudos to you guys will definitely purchase again.

Ordered a cell phone from Supero, they sent me a different version of the phone I ordered. The phone they sent me had several features I did not want and did not even have English instructions. Contacted Supero they insisted I got the phone I ordered and did not offer to exchange the phone for the one I ordered or even provide the English instructions for the phone they sent me. They also did not provide me with instructions to return the phone as it was not the phone I ordered. Supero showed a poor attitude toward the customer and they did nothing to correct the situation. Their advice was to get a SIM card and use the phone they sent me. Will be sure to never buy another thing from them and encourage others to do likewise.

I ordered a phone that is no longer available in New Zealand (a Samsung Galaxy Note 4) on a public holiday over Christmas. The item was delivered from Hong Kong via DHL 36 hours later - absolutely amazing service! I had been led to believe that parallel imported phones would be in a foreign language, and my first challenge would be choosing the right language, when the menu would be in a foreign language - that was not the case, English UK was selected when I turned on the phone. The power adaptor provided is way too bulky to use, but I have plenty of extras at home, so all good. I am now a fan of parallel importing (Supero at least), so will not hesitate to use them again.
