Love my new Samsung s7 Edge in the Pink Gold which you can't get in a nz store atm. Originally purchased the samsung s7 but was later informed it was out of stock. The customer service was great and prompt. I ended up going for the s7 Edge instead. Delivery was super quick and the phone was packaged well. Would highly recommend this site to others

I just recently purchased a Samsung S6 Edge on this site but it's already five days and I haven't received an email that it has been shipped. I received a call today telling me to update me on the status of my order since the product will come from Hong Kong maybe I should have ordered it from ebay at least it would have been shipped already within 2 working days. I am so worried now about it.

I was cautious, as Supero seemed to be a new business and physical contact info was scarce, so I contacted via the web site and asked some questions. I was impressed with the speed and honesty of response, so I placed an order. The purchase arrived promptly - no problems at all. Since the rating here has separate categories for Ease of purchase and Delivery, I scored 'Service' as OK - there has been no need to return product and experience further service so I can't fully judge this. I will certainly use Supero again.

Amazingly quick delivery, and a fine product at an astonishing price. My purchase was a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. After hearing it was going to be delivered from either Hong Kong or Brisbane, I was expecting a delay of about a week - as it turns out, I had it in just two days (pretty much as fast as if it had been in NZ)! After a recent experience I had trying to buy a mobile phone from a different company in NZ, I now have to think about whether the business I'm buying from is honest. No problems with Supero. Congratulations on running an honest business. My only real reservation is about paying with PayPal. I have little trust in PayPal. Still, it's slightly better security for the buyer than direct debit, if not as good as credit card (again, something to think about after the bad experience I had elsewhere); and it avoids a surcharge for using credit-card. Not a terrible compromise, I guess. (I was delayed by the fact that I hadn't used my PayPal account for over 10 years, but that's entirely my problem!) Other than that, only incidental quibbles. The phone came with an international power adapter (nice!) which didn't have a New Zealand fitting (not so nice). The phone itself didn't have NZ as a selectable locale, but that hasn't affected my use of it. I tried to change that by updating it manually from a Windows 10 computer, but Windows couldn't find a driver for connecting in Fast Boot mode; however, when I just selected a random locale and got the phone to update itself over wifi, everything worked fine. On some level it probably still thinks I'm in South Africa, but everything works - plus, contrary to what Skinny/Spark told me, it works on all NZ networks.

Excellent price, quick delivery (4 days including weekend). Only issue is no NZ adapter with phone.

Easy payment with PayPal. Ordered Thursday had HTC 10 in my hands on Monday. Have recommended and will use again.
