I had my doubts purchasing from a company I'd never heard of and was shipping from overseas, but after reading reviews I plunged for two new S6's. They both turned up in perfect condition in less than a week, and we've had no problems with them at all!. Only difference we can find from purchasing from NZ is the adaptor needed (supplied by them) to charge battery. Well Done Supero :)

I bought this to replace my aging Samsung Note 2 LTE. I shopped around on both on-line and regular retail stores, and came across Supero. And I'm glad I did. This was my first purchase of a Chinese made phone (for myself, my kids all have one), and I am blown away by the device. Stable, powerful features, huge amounts of RAM and storage, a beautiful clear, crisp screen and rich loud sound. MIUI took a few minutes to get used to, but I replaced the default launcher with Nova Prime and it works nicely for me. And the battery life is incredible! Previously, I used to have to frequently put my Galaxy Note 2 on charge through the day, whereas now, after 2 days, I'm at 25%! Usually by the end of a normal working day and a fair bit of use it's sitting at about 50-60%. Phenominal. This was the first time I've bought a phone online from a non-bricks-and-mortar store, and I have to say it was the easiest and most pain-free experience. Damian and his team really look after you, answering questions and delivering the phone in record time. I was rapt! I'd definitely recommend buying a phone from Supero. I ordered an iPhone on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered to me TWO days later all the way from Hong Kong. I checked the serial number and other functions, everything seems legit and the phone works great! So nothing to complain about. Glad I found Supero, saved me more than a hundred bucks. Will use again.

I bought a Redmi Note 3 Pro (32GB 3 GB RAM version) and paid for fast delivery (2-4 workdays). DHL package arrived after 3 workdays (great) but the phone inside was the 16GB version. I contacted Customer Support and the very next day DHL picked up the phone and sent it back to Hong Kong, one day after my phone was shipped again. After 3 workdays, the phone arrived safe and sound. Although the information/delivery wasn't the greatest, the speed of customer service to deal with the situation was great and fast. Would definitely buy again.

Everything went very smoothly and the phone I ordered arrived quickly. Only downside - info leaflet inside the box was only in Chinese, not English.
