This is a solid fighting game, and I do mean solid. The systems in place are cool, but business, including twelve on disc characters that are locked as DLC, balance, and technical issues make it hard for me to recommend this game to anyone.

Impressive effort with a few noticeable problems holding it back. Won't astound everyone, but is worth your time and cash.
On the Capcom scale of crossover madness (or is that "X"-over madness), Street Fighter X Tekken lands somewhere between the ridiculousness of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and the technical system of Street Fighter IV .
Solid tag team crossover; Translates Tekken characters extremely well; Fun for casual; still has depth for hardcore; Great for co-op play and parties; Customizable gem system
Lacks some options
Street Fighter X Tekken is the latest game in Capcom's 21st-century fighter renaissance, and it looks set to continue the winning strea...
Large cast of spiffy badasses; Frantic blend of SF; MvC & Tekken; Absurd new combo possibilities
Frequent online lag issues; Single-player boring as usual; DLC mania; no Xbox 360 extras at launch
At the end of the day, Street Fighter X Tekken is still a great fighting game. It has its issues, namely the online multiplayer component and the underwhelming menus, but there's still good fun to be had.
All things considered though, what you get in Street Fighter X Tekken is enough to keep fighting game fans satisfied for months. Any gamers looking to step into the fighting game arena should also check it out, as it is about as player-friendly as a Capcom fighting game is going to get.
Easy mechanics; all-star cast; multiplayer is fantastic; slick presentation
Appeal is limited; online needs work; gems are a mixed bag
