Instructions for set up woefully inadequate. Had to chat with support in Canada and allow remote computer access. None of what they did was mentioned in the instructions or any of their on line manuals or support.

It worked and has worked since. The documentation was a little weak and the main issue is it required LPR setup for the ports not the normal TCP Printing most use these days. I have a fair amount of experience with Print servers in various forms and this isn't really a device for end users as the other review has indicated. It got me out of a bind networking an HP Plotter that had no network capabilities and their Old Wifi print server wouldn't support modern encryption standards etc.
