This game is great for trek fans. The game really reminds me of Ghostbusters video game. Same linear gameplay with scanning for collectables side quests. Same graphics, trying to look real but not quite there. Same stiff controls that don't seem to work when you really need them to in a bind.

It's easy to see how Star Trek was a good idea on paper. Cooperative action games are very popular, so why not take sci-fi's most iconic buddy duo and put them in one? Star Trek is one of those games that frequently proves unintentionally hilarious, but mostly from a laugh-or-you-cry perspective.
