I have had this item for a few weeks and it will not charge I have spoken to the store about it however no one is willing to help me with it. Even though I paid extra for all the bonus warranty. Scam people its a scam so disappointing

Bought the watch for my then 9yo son and have been less than impressed. If you want security at the sacrifice of features at a high price then this is the watch you need. Watch barely has reception in the same places my Samsung watch has 4 bars. No apps available. On top of the price and phone contract, you also need a monthly subscription with no additional benefits.

The cons: 1) the accuracy of the location is pretty worrisome for me. When my kid is in school, his location is stated as a location many many many miles away. 2) because of issue number one. I kept getting messages that my kid has left school Pros: 1) customer service is top notch. Very responsive. They will try everything to help you. 2) watch quality is pretty good. 3) watch features are what parents need in a tracker I recommended this watch to a few of my friends. The battery life is really bad. even without doing anything the battery drains within hours. and we've only got the watch for not more than 2 weeks and barely been used at that. Also issues with charging, has to be kept in a certain angle for the watch to get charged. Seems like have to keep an eye on it every few mins to ensure the watch is being charged. Hope its just a faulty piece.
