The Sony HX90V was my second camera purchase in 2015 after the HX400V. I initially bought the HX400V but found it extremely bulky for regular use and at occasions like offica get-togethers or home functions, it was too impractical.

Sony's "T50 & T70" series cameras: Good : a) small, b) Lens does not come out past the body, c) Touch screen operation, d) Now low cost, e) Very easy to use (don't have to remember icons). f) Fast ON, shoot, Off, pocket & go. g) Choice of 2 shooting / viewing aspect ratios (TV wide or box pix).
I needed a little compact for taking photos when out walking my dogs, as my DSLR is to much to carry with 2 large dogs pulling one way or another. I used to have a Panasonic TZ10 which at the time was an amazing little camera until it died a death so I wanted something just as good to replace it.
Great little point and shoot camera which is easy to put into a pocket or purse
Having owned a number of compact cameras, I decided to upgrade and purchase this in your pocket ready to shoot amazing camera, with wifi capability you can control the camera remotely using the app. Highly recommmend
The features built into this camera are amazing. It's hard to believe there are so many options available in such a tiny package. I only received it last week and have just scratched the surface of all the capabilities. So far, just using the "intelligent" setting the photos look great.
Perfect point and shoot! Slight lag when opening it but amazing quality for point and shoot! Need to work out all the settings also but I have been watching YouTube channels.
Normally I take photographs with a digital single lens reflex camera or DSLR. DSLRs are unbeatable for image quality, but they're big and heavy. I decided that I needed a compact camera to take with me on camping treks.
x30 zoom lens; Electronic viewfinder; Tilting screen; Inbuilt GPS receiver; Compactness
Image quality good; but could be better; Pop-up viewfinder and flash are fiddly to use; Video lacks time-lapse mode
bought as a birthday present for my daughter as she's getting into photography and its a cracking first camera with enough features for a more experienced Tog
Great Features; Great Picture Quality; Lightweight
This is a great camera if you don't know much about phtography and still want to take good photos. The auto settings work well but there are plenty of options to play with if you want to.
