I have the older version which I really liked. Great value for money. I don't use them for exercise as they're uncomfortable to run in, but I like that they stay around my neck and expect that the battery/mic will be good quality as it is a bigger unit than just earpieces. This one works much the same but has these shortcomings (compared to the older version). Ear cords are shorter and sometimes catch. There is no storage for the cord inside the neckpiece as the old ones had so they are not as compact. They are generally flimsier.

Being older and techno challenged this is the second time I’ve shopped in your store and both time have been treated with respect by two young men who knew their products and their customers need. Felt listened too which is really important. Needed Bluetooth headphones at a reasonable price..

Stays in the ear very well when doing exercise. It also forms a good seal in the ear, and insulates noise well (e.g. blocks out a good amount of music at the guy so you can hear your own music) Sound quality is very solid Max volume is good Very good value for money compared with other headphones Definitely recommend this product

The sound quality is good but it's very lose around neck and very easily stretched. Would have been better if it was a bit studier.
