The Skullcandy Hesh Evo are passable for mixed usage. They're decently comfortable and have a long-lasting continuous battery life, which is suitable for long days at the office or commuting. They also have a stable fit and shouldn't fall off your head during moderate physical exercise.
Outstanding continuous battery life; Comfortable and stable fit.
Poor noise isolation performance; No EQ.
Of course, yes. If you are looking for bass-heavy over-ear headphones under Rs 15,000, I think the Hesh ANC will be a good option. While using them, I found that calls on the Hesh ANC were clear, and most importantly, they managed to block out an impressive amount of noise.
Utah's Skullcandy has come up with a set of affordable Bluetooth wireless headphones with active noise cancellation, a monster of a battery, and a built-in "where's my headphones" feature that makes them very hard to lose. Here's our review.

No ANC or EQ controls, Noise cancellation affects audio to a degree

While the Skullcandy Hesh ANC are far from perfect, for a pair of affordable headphones, they have really effective noise cancelling which almost completely cuts out distracting noise. The sound quality is flawed but it'll be fine for casual listening, and there's plenty of battery life too.
Impressive noise-cancelling, Comfortable fit, Tile technology built-in
The sound is very bass-heavy, Completely plastic design, No app or manual EQ settings
