Skullcandy Hesh ANC Wireless Headphones - True Black S6HHW-N740 review

The Skullcandy Hesh Evo are passable for mixed usage. They're decently comfortable and have a long-lasting continuous battery life, which is suitable for long days at the office or commuting. They also have a stable fit and shouldn't fall off your head during moderate physical exercise.

Outstanding continuous battery life; Comfortable and stable fit.

Poor noise isolation performance; No EQ.

Skullcandy Hesh ANC Wireless Headphones - True Black S6HHW-N740 review

Of course, yes. If you are looking for bass-heavy over-ear headphones under Rs 15,000, I think the Hesh ANC will be a good option. While using them, I found that calls on the Hesh ANC were clear, and most importantly, they managed to block out an impressive amount of noise.

Skullcandy Hesh ANC Wireless Headphones - True Black S6HHW-N740 review

These are budget friendly headphones with ANC, and punch above their weight in sound quality. For the teenager with his long music and YouTube sessions, tuning out everyone else in the house, the Hesh ANC suits his use perfectly.

Skullcandy Hesh ANC Wireless Headphones - True Black S6HHW-N740 review

Skullcandy’s Hesh ANC are compact, wireless over-ears for everyday use that are tuned for bass and designed to suppress or amplify ambient noise as required. In addition to Bluetooth 5.0, optional tracking via the Tile app is supported so that these headphones can be found if they get lost.

Skullcandy Hesh ANC Review

While we've been seeing an influx of noise-cancelling true wireless headphones below $150, the same can't be said for over-ear noise-cancelling headphones, which tend to cost $200 or more. Thus, Skullcandy's Hesh ANC headphones are automatically notable for their $129.99 price. Sonically, they deliver a bass-forward, highly sculpted sound signature. The ANC (active noise cancellation) performance is about what we expect for this price—nothing groundbreaking, but effective against deep low frequencies. Ultimately, the price is the most appealing feature here, though you can also find stronger options like the Sennheiser HD 450BT discounted to a similar amount.A Simple Design and Few Features The Hesh ANC headphones are available in black, gray, or white, with circumaural earcups generously padded with memory foam and a leather-like lining. The underside of the headband is also well-padded, and the headphones feel comfortable even over long listening sessions. The controls along t...

Skullcandy Hesh ANC Wireless Headphones - True Black S6HHW-N740 review

While the Skullcandy Hesh ANC are far from perfect, for a pair of affordable headphones, they have really effective noise cancelling which almost completely cuts out distracting noise. The sound quality is flawed but it'll be fine for casual listening, and there's plenty of battery life too.

Impressive noise-cancelling, Comfortable fit, Tile technology built-in

The sound is very bass-heavy, Completely plastic design, No app or manual EQ settings
