This game is in good condition. Every once in a while it does freeze for a minute or so but I'm not sure if it is the complexity of the game content or the quality of the disk.

I suppose it was inevitable. As if obeying its own universal law of thermodynamics , entropy has set in the Skate universe. For all of the series' original freshness and innovation back in 2007 , Skate 3 has succumbed to the same decay over time that the Tony Hawk series has.
Ambitious online play; Deep clan support
Heavily limited competition areas; Flawed team events
I used to really enjoy playing skateboarding games but my interest was lost before the more recent Tony Hawk games. Before Skate, I had heard bad things about skateboarding games of recent times, they simply weren't innovating anymore and had became lacklustre.
Hall of Meat challenges are fun; Fantastic yet simple controls; Teams are a good feature
Short and flawed career mode; Shallow online and creation modes; Large game area is mostly pointless
Lets have a game of S.K.A.T.E! Skate 3 rolls onto the show and it's time to pull off some stylish tricks! EA has brought us a new edition to the Skate franchise, Skate 3. Whilst it's a new instalment will it be any better than its predecessors?
Online campaign is awesome; New tricks are fun; Hall of Meat is better than ever
Few graphical hitches in certain places; Not exactly a new experience
Skate 3 doesn't reinvent the wheels. Nor does it reinvent the decks, the trucks, or any other aspect of the Skate series. This sequel is as noteworthy for the features that it cuts from Skate 2 as it is for those that it introduces, yet this is still a better game than its predecessor.
Adds more tricks to the Skate repertoire; Powerful park editor is easy to use; Robust online features; including team events; Two levels of completion for every challenge
Noticeably inconsistent frame rate; AI of pedestrians and other skaters is all over the place
There is something to be said about the feeling you get playing a new gaming experience. When skate first showed up it was unlike anything before it and totally up-ended the long-standing heavyweight in the genre: Tony Hawk.
Electronic Arts are back with the third Skate instalment. Despite a few minor problems, it's still arguably the best skating title out this year.
The additional online sharing functionality is welcome, along with the team building and skate park creation tools; Great audio too
Packs a few too many moves, and online multiplayer is definitely favoured ahead of singleplayer; There are a few framerate issues from time to time
After Tony Hawk: Ride massively disappointed, it was a foregone conclusion that Skate 3 would be the best new skateboarding game in town. Even if its chief rival has set a low standard, developer EA Black Box should be praised for sticking to a tried-and-true gameplay formula while finding new ways...
Beautifully-designed controls lead to rewarding gameplay; Cooperative play and team atmosphere will make you want to skate online; Balanced and pleasantly diverse soundtrack
Visuals haven't improved much since Skate 2; Hall of Meat antics look a bit too silly; Still a formidable challenge for casual gamers
Other console/handheld formats: Xbox 360 Hey, you! Internet dweller person! Do you know your kickflip from your nollie? How about your varial nosegrab from your backside face plant? If you do, well, this game is for you. If you don't, get with the times, grandpa! Gnarly!
Skate 3 features an all-new co-op mode where teammates can complete challenges together while advancing each other's careers. From rewarding epic bails and fails with a beefed up Hall of Meat mode to honing your craft with the all-new Skate School, players of all skill levels have multiple ways to...
