A great Macro Lens now with IS
Bought this for my wife who loved her Non IS sigma version but really wanted the IS for hand holding since she didnt want to be carrying the tripod...
Pros:
- Solid
- well constructed
- clean bokeh
- even better with IS
Cons:
- Sizeable and reasonably heavy
- 2 different lens shades can get confusing

Great Lense
Absolutely the best Macro I have ever used, pictures jump out at you with vivid colours and textures you'll never see with the normal human eye

Sigma 150mm macro lens
Truly an incredible lens at a good price point. It replaced both my 105 and 200mm micro lenses with the added benefit of image stabilization. Used mainly manual focus but when activated, the auto focus worked well. Took over 500 pictures with this lens alone on our wildflower mountain expedition.

This is a good lens for photographing insects and other invertebrates
This is a good lens for photographing insects and other invertebrates, Excellent working distance for macro work. Autofocus works very well as dose the OS ,I use a mono pod for most of my photos, I found the lens a little heavy but it has a good balance on my Nikon camera.
