I haven't fully used it, yet. I did try to capture an eagle and got nothing but blur. Perhaps operator error. Still working out the kinks.

Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 HSM DG OS Contemporary - Review / Test
While it may not be obvious from the charts, the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary surprised us in a positive way - at least when taking its comparatively low price tag into account. Yhe lens is generally capable of delivering a good to very good quality in the image center.

Best of the features at best possible cost
As it has been mentioned in number of reviews all over internet the lens proves its abilities without iota of doubt. Here are my observations about the lens which has been used for 24 hours since purchase. 1. Silent focusing motor.

Superb
Build quality is superb, and image quality is excellent. It is much sharper than the Tamron 150-600mm which I have subsequently sold, as the Sigma is clearly a better lens than the Tamron in every way, most importantly in outright image quality.

When paired, the teleconverter and lens offer 210-840mm F6.3-9 zoom lens reach, with full autofocus functionality with most recent DSLR cameras.

I bought it for my Nikon d7100 but when I use it, one minutes it was good but next minutes it suddenly tells me the lens connection is failed. It's really panic, I have to return it.
