A great, addictive game

Can be slow to begin with

I bought this simply because of the price. Steam has the complete version for 49.99 US download. comes to 56$ Canadian. Only problem is that the game crashes a lot. I had to shut off my antivirus and any other software running in the background to get that to be less frequent.

This expansion goes a long way towards ironing out some of the kinks in Civ 5. There are still some issues, but I will probably sink more hours into this game than I care to admit.

Gods and Kings feels like Civ V is taking a step forward in some respects. The new espionage system is a worthy addition, and it smartly enhances the sorely lacking diplomacy of the original release.

I've played many years earlier parts III and IV with love. My expectations to this part V was quite high. I have very high level computer and the parts in it. :) Landscapes, music and this new idea are great in part V, but this system doesn't work like it should.
