Best headphones for the value
I bought these headphones to use with my television because I watch tv at night and don't want to wake up the rest of the people that are sleeping in the house. To start, I bought these headphones for $15 and you can find them as low as $10 online.
Sennheiser Senstational Sense - HD 202 II
I was in the market to replace my Sennheiser's I have had for 20 odd years -they started crackling. I wanted to use the new pair for my traditional stereo and my i POD. I tried a few sets and did not want to spend a fortune.- versatile
- good for cd and ipod

"The Best Kept Music Industry's Secret Sennheiser Headphones!"
Whenever I buy full sized headphones I sometimes like to go with the specs on the back of the packs or the boxes rather than solely read up on reviews. I look for specific information that I know about having dabbled with music sound engineering at a basic level and always look at the OHMS level...- Well made
- durable
- comfortable
- safe
- rich & warm sound
- handy cord clip winder
- No in-line volume control
- can't be folded for portability
Amazing product
They're amazing headphones. I've had them in the past. They lasted over 14 months and I've treated them with little respect in some cases.. dropped plenty of times, bent, removed pads, mixed extreme frequencies on them, played things past 0 db more than 10,000 times.
Sennheiser HD-Series HD202 II Headphone, 0, black
Product Overview - It is probably the best available headset for normal users (not DJ/RJs) . The sound is crisp and clear with comfortable headset . Having low impedance you wont need to force your player to give a db boost to the sound.
cannot fault these
great headphones. on my second pair now as wire detached from the first pair due to mishandling on my part. great bass response. I listen to all sorts of music and these handle them all very well.
A wonderful pair of headphones, unless you want to run around town with it
I am not an audiophile, but to be honest I'm not far off either. I've owned various brand headphones until now, and sooner rather than later I usually got disappointed. The sound was either "not quite there" or they just simply broke too soon, like my highly acclaimed Plantronics headset, which...- Reliability
Sennheiser HD 202: Sounds like Heaven... on a very long leash :))

Decent headphones for the money
Bought these as I wanted a decent pair of headphones so that I could listen to music on my commute to and from work. I've had Sennheiser headphones before, and the quality has always been good. Little to no sound 'leakage' and bass reproduction is terrific.
Pretty much oustanding for the price
I use these for studio mixing when I can't run the reference monitors, because these have the flattest response of any set of phones I've tried. The Sennheiser HD280s (at almost three times the price) are good too but they boost the lows and mids a little too much and the highs not quite enough.- Even frequency response
- Cord is too thin and tangles easily
- phones pop out of the guides too easily
