Bought as a reduced item. Sound quality excellent. As with all on ear headphones I find them uncomfortable after an extended period. Excellent value at the reduced price

Excellent product and service

Unfortunately, these headphones only lasted about three weeks because I stepped on the cord. As a result, the sound only came out of one ear. I acknowledge my clumsiness led to this happening but It suggests to me that this product was very poorly made. I was very surprised because Sennheiser are usually an excellent brand. When the headphones were working they were no better than any generic brand you can purchase in K-Mart/Target.
