Terrible microphone, useless for phone calls or online meetings. Doesn't function anything like advertised. I'd expect this quality for a $50 set, not for $200. Professional level price tag, impossible to use for professional purposes like a zoom meeting. Complete rip off, and being refused a return because of Covid!? So I can arrive in person for you to take my money, but not return? Feels like a scam.

The Sennheiser CX True Wireless are good for commuting and traveling. They're compact and sturdy, which makes them a good option for on-the-go use. Their six-hour-plus battery life is decent, and their charging case supplies enough power for roughly two additional charges.

The Sennheiser CX True Wireless are a worthy upgrade compared to their predecessors, yet they’re even cheaper than the CX 400BT and many other true wireless earbuds on the market. They offer excellent audio performance, great connectivity, and a decent battery life. Despite not being sold on the design, these buds are still well worth checking out.
