Like every pair of sennheiser earphones I have owned, these are great until one of the earbuds stops working for no apparent reason. Perhaps I am clumsy or just unlucky, or possibly this is a common point of failure with this brand.

The base is not very good. This caused a little trouble for me as my mobile phone does not allow me to set the sound settings (equalizer) when I run the headset via Bluetooth - I couldn't make the sound so much better.

I also got little no low end with these initially. I swapped out the smaller ear pieces for the next size up and instantly the bass was there. I have collected audio equipment for 25 yrs and these are some of the best headphones I have ever owned.

The good: Great sound! As expected from Sennheiser. The bad: This is my second set of these after a faulty charging light on the first pair refused to turn off. Unfortunately my new pair do not have a functioning charging light at all, have a terrible battery life in comparison to similar products...

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing the Sennheiser headphones. Set up very easy, After charging the unit up, I paired the headphones to my S10 Within minutes disconnecting issue via bluetooth. Tried again pairing to tv, again disconnecting issues.

Good product. Sound is OK.

I ended up returning two pairs of these. The first pair developed a fault and the replacement also developed a fault. Customer service from John Lewis has been excellent with replacement and then a refund issued without quibble. However, I can't recommend these because they are simply unreliable.

Good brand , good quality

Was surprised at the price, 1/2 the rrp which made them $85. Build quality is good, extremely lightweight but unfortunately that is where the good stuff ends. It was a clearance item, but now, only after purchasing, unboxing and using the item has it been brought to my attention that Sennheiser no longer provide an Eq app for this product. Dont get me wrong, the sound is crisp & sharp, but overall they lack the distinctive mids & lows that an Eq app allows you to achieve. Yes, I could download and utilise any generic Eq app, but apart from possibly having to pay monthly subscription for a half decent one, you end up being inundated with adds if utilising a free one, and really that wasnt what I expected when purchasing a top end brand like this. I contacted Sennheiser NSW, and further discovered that the app in question was withdrawn due poor sales of this model. The Good Guys where great to deal with as per usual, friendly, courteous etc, and am I by no means upset with them at all. S...
