Stylish and great sounding, a great pair for travelling and on the go at an adequate pricepoint.

Excellent for its price. Untangle issue, no issue. Good sound.
I purchased these after accidentally putting my last decent set of earphones through the washing machine. Initially these were meant as a temporary fix, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit.
These are a lot more expensive than I usually buy ...but are well worth the extra
Great sound and quality
The Sennheiser CX 5.00 earphones replace the CX500s, which have been around for years – and yes, the two bear very pretty similar. Style-wise, they're totally different. A bit more showier, the CX 5.00 definitely deliver a more confident design than Sennheiser's older offerings.
Large-scale sound; Rich; smooth tone; More striking than older designs
Non-removable cable; More ear-charming than strictly accurate
I actually really enjoyed these little IEMs, they have a nice balanced sound to my ears - maybe a bit bassy and lacking detail, but nonetheless a pleasant sound which delivers music to your ears.
Cost; General sound signature
Lacking detail; but at this price point waht do you expect
An enjoyable set of earphones that offer comfort and above average listening experience while also providing that fashionable appearance that gives you some swag.
Very comfortable Flat frequency response drivers Punchy bass Nearly flat cables that do not tangle Very light weight In line controller is well built Good design material Physical appearance is much better
Vented design does not allow for complete isolation
Earbuds keep on slipping over, poor quality cable, headphone jack also easily fell off, mediocre sound quality for its price. If you want to waste your time playing detective to look for your missing earbuds and also waste money to buy horrendously overpriced spare buds from Sennheiser, this is the...
Agonised for ages over what to buy - cordless, buds, over-ear, blah blah. Eventually settled on the price/performance/convenience compromise with these guys and I've been very happy with them.
For the price, I'd expect them to last longer. The sound is ok, but not what I've come to expect from Sennheiser, and I've just lost sound in the right ear after owning them from May-Sept. No visible damage, just crapped out. Not worth it :(
