backing up things nicely on my computers

This is working out well, backing up things nicely on my computers. Also able to back up iPhone pictures via drag and drop with a computer as an intermediary.

I am soooooooooooo disappointed and sad seriously

Again sent the wrong product... and when i started using it one day its get crashed i lost all my valuable data my work my everything.. I am soooooooooooo disappointed and sad seriously. ruined my hardwork!
