the product will get hot easily while in use especially when connecting with the cooler master. when mouse is connected to it, mouse is not as sensible as using another adapter.

The unit works well and is good vaule for money. Each of the video outputs work well but if used together you get a duplicate and only scaled to one monitors resolution. NOTE: the device notes do not claim to be able to support both at once, I am just pointing this out. Would happily purchase again for another unit

This product does what it says it does. I havent had to use all ports, only HDMI, usb and usb-c ports which all seem to work fine with no issues.
