Sandisk Extreme 16G rocks

I'm a semi pro photographer taking sports photography on my Canon 40D with a 70-200 IS 2.8 L lens. I'm taking up to 6 frames per second for up to a minute continuously (release my finger every second or so.

Totally stable; high capacity; the sale price was shocking

Is pricy when not on sale

Power

Works like a charm & writes quickly! And this brand was recommended to me by a Nikon tech & the highest GB they recommend with the Nikon D700.

Easy To Use; Great Value; Large Capacity; Reliable Performance; Writes/Reads fast

The add was confusing the image in the add shows 120MG cards but the text states 60MG cards. They were the faster cards so all wasOK Leroy Simon

Great cards

I've never used anything but Sandisk in 14 years of shooting. Never had a card failure (knocks on wood) or anything bad from my Sandisk cards. I will continue to purchase Sandisk from B&H. Big thanks to you B&H for keeping prices low.

Doesn't work with Nikon D4

Seems to be a great card (fast) but doesn't work with my Nikon D4. It does, however, appear to work with my D700. Which is all well and good but the speed is a little lost on the D700 (no video and relatively slower fps).

GOOD CAPACITY BUT A FULL 16GB IS A LOT OF PHOTOS

Bargain price of 64.79 on play.com and 60 MB/s make this 16GB card an excellent choice for anyone with a good DSLR, although I would recommend using 2GB,4GB or 8GB should you be worried about losing photos.

Super dependable and fast

While Lexar makes some CF cards that are faster, (I use both brands)I still have yet to find my Sandisk cards slowing me down (even with large RAW files at high speed). I have used the cards in -36C (-33f) weather and in +45C (111F) weather and they worked perfectly and I have had some accidents...

Amazing Compact Flash Card

I bought it as I had given away a slightly slower one with my last camera and valued the idea of a back up...

Great backup; Reliable; Super fast
