Amazingly cheap for what it can store. I would like more information about its write to speed in the spec sheets but it seems all these types of device have vague specs when it comes to write speed. I think it's because it depends on your computer

While testing this unit, you'd almost forget that it is a USB flash storage device :) And for USB 3.1 it is fast, but perhaps could have been faster? I mean this is USB 3.1 Gen 2, we've seen USB 3.0 and 3.1 Gen 1 at this performance level for two years now.

This is so small and light but so fast. A great external drive and so easy to carry around. Highly recommended.

First, the case was not included. That was an extra purchase. Just to be clear it's in the pics only because I highly recommend at least a small "EVA" case since it is light weight and probably wouldn't hold up to being crushed or dropped. The case recommended was perfect. It's a great drive.

It's officially a pattern. For the third year in a row, Samsung is using its Portable T series to bring new NAND technology to market. We still don't know why Samsung only releases this series in odd numbers, but the pattern shows that skipping T2 had nothing to do with advanced robots going back in...
