While I was assembling the monitor, I was very impressed by the design, weight and feel of the unit; It also has a desirable subtle anti-glare coating that is very smooth and nice

Intense back light bleeding in the bottom right corner that takes up 1/6 of the screen and distorts the dark range to a brown or bluish tint depending on your viewing angle; More back light bleeding on the bottom center and top right corner that is half intense, but just seems to double annoying...

Truly a state-of-the-art monitor using new PLS LED panel technology providing 2,560x1,440 resolution. Great colour, great contrast, great clarity. Simple to adapt the high resolution screen to make good use of the 27" real estate. It has an adjustable stand, a USB3 hub and speaker in & out jacks.

I'm not sure who said that LCD/LED tv's are better. I have 2 LCD and 1 LED and it doesn't even compare to the picture on the Samsung Plasma. The picture, when watching, feels like you are there. Fantastic picture. Very good. Louder than any of my other tv's.

This Television is great. The picture on it is spectacular and the sound is amazing. I love watching this television. Everything on it comes in really really clear. I love to watch this and I watch television more often now. I have never had any problems with the television at all.

Samsung produces top of the line monitors and this one is no exception.

I spend hours on end at the computer nearly everyday. So I need a monitor that has the best resolution that I can get. I had a tube type Professional Viewsonic for many years, but it gave out. Now I was forced to go with a flat panel monitor. I tried four in all.

Great monitor for graphics artists and gamers! Still out on the video playback though.

Certain HD videos have a filmy grain to them; Haven't tried to correct it yet, but that's all I got for now

I used this product just long enough to discover that it was not compatible with Mac computers. It was purchased due to its supposedly better resolution than the ViewSonic monitor I use alongside an iMac.

Compared with other professional monitors; the S27A850D lacks a few OSD configuration details.

It would be great if this monitor comes with rounded corners. I have another monitor-AOC which has this feature. other than that, this is a great monitor with excellent display.
