It's not my first Samsung product, but they have really stuffed this with pointless proprietary software more than usual. And now, you can't even remove the shortcuts, so I have "my galaxy" cluttering up my home screen forever. At least the built in Google guff like g+ can be hidden away.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has stupendous hardware, but it narrowly lags behind the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet as our Android tablet of choice.

Excellent tablet, super fast, 3GB RAM, external SD storage, fingerprint scanner, multi-user accounts, Andriod, glorious screen, super fast charging and VERY long-lasting battery. A worthy iPad contender and high-end Andriod tablet without the huge costs.

What exactly people expect from a tablet? Great screen Great battery life Camera to take pics occasionally, edit documents on the go,watch videos & listen to music and play games.

After over a year of using my poor Nokia Lumia 520 for everything from checking emails to 5+ hours of YouTube video viewing, I decided last year that I needed to buy something else to take up the slack and give me better performance and usability!

My first impression of this tablet was the excellent screen and the speed of the processer/OS. I've owned 3 tablets and this one really blows the others away. Boot time is 30 seconds, I no longer have to leave the tablet on all day. All my apps seem to work and are very responsive.

Boyfriend brought it for me for Christmas 2014 to go with my Samsung galaxy phone. LOVE IT. Amazing display, very responsive, great camera.
