Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S SM-W703 12in 128GB
Samsung TabPro S is a 12-inch 2-in-1 hybrid tablet. Samsung has capitalised on the know-how of its other consumer products when it comes to the super AMOLED screen. It resembles the screen found on the Galaxy phones. Integration with Galaxy smartphones and other devices like Xbox One is a big draw for the TabPro S. Another plus is that the keyboard is included in the package and that it connects so seamlessly with the tablet.

Samsungs Premium Failure

Had issues out of the box, NCIX and Samsung customer support was quite lacking in all regards. It took ~20 or so days for the product to ship and the RMA process so far has been a pain.

Light; Aesthetically pleasing; Good battery life

Bilingual keyboard; Incompatible with Wifi

Exactly What I Was Looking For!

I have been needing a tablet for a long time to help transition away from my chunky, inconvenient, dying laptop. After doing much research, it seemed that this tablet had exactly what I wanted: light, nice sized screen, functional, powerful, but still a tablet (not a complete replacement for a...

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S W700N Tablet 2-in-1 Review

The AMOLED screen on the Galaxy TabPro S is the key feature here. It's bright and punchy and if you're careful you can get impressive efficiency from it. Style plays a big role too.

stylish; compact design; good keyboard included; fast SSD; good cameras; impressive screen; great battery life

screen can be a power drain at times; one USB-C port for data and charging; some CPU throttling under heavy load

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Review

When Microsoft first released the Surface several years ago, it was pretty clear that the company was on to something. It wasn't a perfect device, but the portability and flexibility of the design – primarily a tablet but capable of transforming into a semi-functional laptop through a keyboard cover...

Slim, light, and attractive build; AMOLED displays of this size are always a treat; Very respectable battery life; Keyboard cover is included in the price

The keyboard cover, a crucial part of the package, is substandard due to its limited angles and cheap construction; USB-C can be restrictive; No option to buy a more powerful version

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S review

You can't help but hear about tablets that are designed to replace your laptop. Microsoft and Apple have been pouring tons of effort and marketing into the Surface Pro and iPad Pro , two devices that are supposed to be productivity machines in addition to tablets.

Sleek and portable design; Compact keyboard case that works well; Bright; sharp display

4GB of RAM is not enough; Battery life not as good as advertised; Single USB Type-C port can be limiting

Samsung's first Galaxy-branded Windows device sports an impressive Super AMOLED screen and excellent battery life. But if you value physical ports and a great typing experience, better 2-in-1 options are available.

Attractive Super AMOLED display; Impressively thin and light; Excellent battery life; Keyboard included; USB Type-C charging

Keyboard isn't backlit; Not as powerful or configurable as Microsoft's Surface Pro 4; Active stylus costs extra; USB Type-C is the only port

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S review: An overpriced first crack at the 2-in-1 crown

Samsung launches in to the world of two-in-ones with an intriguing first attempt, but its awkward form factor and high price make success dubious.

Lightweight and portable; Beautiful Super AMOLED screen; Keyboard included

Hefty Canadian price tag; Awkward design; Small keyboard and sticky touchpad; Only has a USB-C port

Samsung TabPro S Review

The TabPro S is a great Windows tablet, but a poor Windows 2-in-1 PC.

Extremely thin and light; Keyboard accessory is no extra charge; Wide display color gamut and high contrast ratio; Decent battery life

Display suffers poor viewing angles; Keyboard is cramped; Very limited connectivity

Mar 28 2016 - Tablets being used as productivity tools has not really caught on too well with consumers. Much of this has to do with the high cost or the lack of support for traditional software.

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Review

The TabPro S offers a vibrant Super AMOLED display and decent performance for less than a grand, with the best battery life of any detachable we've tested this year. However, this hybrid is a better tablet than it is a laptop, because of its shallow keyboard and a display that can wobble in your...
