The Galaxy S9 Plus is a masterpiece.

Gorgeous design; Brilliant; colorful display; Feature-packed camera; Excellent low-light photo quality; Good sound from stereo speakers

Battery life could be better; Live Focus produces fuzzy photos

If you love taking pictures and want to stand out from the crowd, you simply cannot ignore the Galaxy S9+. When compared to other expensive flagship devices, Samsung has a lot more to offer and it is significantly lower as it is priced at Rs 64,900.

Spectacular HDR Screen; High-Quality Camera; Good Android Oreo Integration; Fun Features like Super Slow-Mo Video; Loud and Crisp Stereo Speakers

Battery life could be better; No update in design; Fingerprint Magnet

One final attribute for the Galaxy S9+ that we need to weigh in is cost. Fortunately, we're already seeing both the with a March 16th availability date. The Galaxy S9+ retails for $839 unlocked while an S9 weighs in at $719.

Gorgeous; Refined; Slightly Smaller Design; Samsung Super AMOLED Is The Best; Fastest Android Phone On Market Now; Amazing Camera Performance; Innovative Features; Solid Battery Life

Pricey; Camera Modes Twitchy With Accidental Actuation; Black Units Are Smudge Magnets

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus review

Update: New Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus storage sizes are available with 128GB and 256GB options in the US – for a higher price. Here's our updated review of the Android phone with a large screen.

Impressive low-light camera; Better-placed fingerprint sensor; Loud stereo speakers

Not all that different to S8 Plus; AR Emoji mode is overrated; Pricey for 0.4 in of extra screen

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus

Samsung's flagship smartphone was announced at Mobile World Congress, back in February 2018. Both the S9 and the S9 Plus were announced on the same day, with the S9 Plus being both bigger and having some additional features, particularly to the camera.

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Review: Still The #1 Android Phone

A very capable flagship with lots to love, but the back-step in battery performance is disappointing. The camera is easily the best on the market by a country mile, as is the display, while CPU performance is also great - however, you do pay quite a lot for all this

Excellent display; Top-tier processor performance; Superb best-in-class camera; Attractive design; Waterproofing

Battery life has taken a hit; Expensive; UI foibles

Samsung Galaxy S9+ review: Plus finally means something

It's interesting when a company uses a bold statement like: "The camera reimagined," all while referring to a smartphone. It actually took me a few days to understand the purpose for a camera to be added to my Motorola V600 back in 2004.

- Best allrounder; - Camera innovation with variable aperture; - Great design; - Software brings secure features like Secure Folder; - S8+ complaints fixed

Large; slippery and fragile; Camera needs update for low light; AR Emoji needs work; Version of Android Oreo already outdated; Inteligent Scan needs update

Samsung Galaxy S9+ review

Generation 9 in plus size - this is the Samsung Galaxy S9+. Unlike last year when the S8 and the S8+ had just size setting them apart, in 2018 Samsung's Plus means more than higher battery capacity and larger display diagonal - the S9+ has an extra camera on its back too.

Great got greater, good got better!

No notches, still keeping 3.5mm audio jack and thanks for adding stereo speakers. It has (fast)wireless charging and still having IP68. This is the one and only premium flagships so far having all the premium flagship features you could wish for in one phone, yes, till today (Jun'2018).

Bixby and bixby vision; yes; it is more useful with loads of features than both Google assistant and Siri; IP 68; (fast) wireless charging; DeX (desktop like features; Stereo speakers powered by Dolby Atmos; Dual 12MP with variable aparture and OIS; stereo sound recording on video capture; 3.5mm...

battery life; AR emoji needs improvements

Not real impressed

I just switched from the 8+ to the 9+. And the only reason I switched was i was tired of the battery life on the 8. So after the 3rd day I noticed the battery life on the new phone is just like the one I exchanged. So disappointed on that.
