Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935 32GB

The new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F is a classy looking phone that comes in seven colour options; including silver, metallic blue, gold, and pearl black. Not only is this Smartphone great to look at, but it’s also one of the stronger models Samsung has produced. With a "Corning Gorilla Glass 4" back panel, you can be assured of extra strength in case your phone is dropped or banged.

Processor & memory

The aesthetics of the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F in no way take away from its functionality. The quad-core 2x2.15 GHz Kryo & 2x1.6 GHz Kryo G9350 CPU works together with the 4 GB RAM to deliver a superior smoothness in operation. Your phone will also come with an onboard memory of 32GB, and you have the option to upgrade your space with a MicroSD card of up to 256GB.

Screen

The display screens on these phones are nothing short of magnificent. A Super AMOLED 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen offers you 16M different colours at a resolution you’ll never want to downgrade from. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F also comes with standard screen protection from TouchWiz UI. It’s an always-on display screen and its also curved for extra protection.

Camera & video

This smartphone’s primary camera is a 12 MP with an LED flash & auto focus functionality. What’s significantly impressive are the three video settings you can choose to utilise. These settings include:

  • 2160p@30fps

  • 1080p@60fps

  • 720p@240fps

Very impressed

I go through a lot of phones (bit of a phone junkie) and this phone is excellent. I had the Nexus 6P, and even though that phone was great, I definitely prefer the S7 Edge to it. Great battery life, screen is unbelievable, camera is awesome (my initial thoughts is it's a bit better than my iPhone 6s...

Not even a funky new curved screen could help us shake the feeling that last year marked the end of Samsung's domination of high-end Android smartphones. The S6 itself was great, but not great enough to distinguish itself from rivals like the LG G4 et al.

Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE review

The new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is by far the best Galaxy smartphone to date. It was released on March 11th but could already be the phone of the year. It’s that good. While the Galaxy S7 Edge has a very similar design as last year’s, with many of the same compromises, Samsung packed in […]

Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE review

This is a solid phone through and through: great battery life, innovative features, and hugely overpowered specs. It might not suit everyone, and it is pretty expensive, but it has to be one of the best Android devices out there.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Smartphone Review

Samsung has developed an outstanding smartphone visually and technically, and it sets standards. The Korean manufacturer could have offered more in connectivity in terms of more modern LTE and also primarily in terms of interfaces. Particularly the lack of USB Type-C has to be criticized here.

superb camera; lightning-fast SoC; expandable storage; dust and water proof (IP68; outstanding screen; great battery life; Quick Charge and wireless charging; voice quality; good headset included; OTG adapter included

no infrared sensor; no radio receiver; Live View in Pro Mode not always reliable; micro-USB 2.0 only; no MHL or SlimPort support

Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE review

T he Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is here and is undoubtedly one of the most attractive phones ever made. The curved display, or “infinity screen” as my friends have taken to calling it, is one of the most unique features on any phone out there.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge review

The latest Samsung Galaxy smartphones are here! Dave Rees and I have each been lucky enough to score eval units of the S7 Edge and the Gear VR headset (we'll post a separate review of the VR headset soon) from Verizon Wireless.

micro SD card slot; Samsung Pay; Gorgeous display; Excellent camera

Expensive; Massive delay for OS updates; Accidental screen taps from palm touching curved sides
