Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

A rather nice phone that has the ability to fast charge via wireless, I did not try this, sticking to the perhaps safer micro USB connection. The word ‘Edge' is taken literally here as the screen has no border at all, so the screen literally goes to the edge

Galaxy S7 And S7 edge Review: An Iteration, But One Samsung Can Be Proud Of

The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will invite controversy by their very existence. Samsung could serve up the S7 at half the price and with half the bloat and people would still be making TouchWiz jokes like it was 2012. That's life when you're the most popular Android smartphone maker on the planet.

Display Samsung has had the best smartphone displays in the business since, give or take, the Galaxy Note 3; They still do, even if you don't hear that praise being sung so often these days (mostly because it's just a given), Quality Samsung's phones still feel and look the nicest of any Android OEM...

Speed The Snapdragon 820 version of the S7 feels no quicker than an S6 on Marshmallow; Really; It's noticeable; It's also noticeably slower than the Exynos variant; I have my suspicions about this, see them in the performance section, Camera It has greatly improved low-light performance, but this...

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge review: this is the smartphone to beat

Latest high-end Android phone raises bar for screen, camera and speed, while bringing back such fan favourites as waterproofing, expandable storage and decent battery life

a phablet that is as easy to use as a 5in phone; fast; great screen; long battery; fast and wireless charging; brilliant camera; microSD card slot; waterproof; good fingerprint sensor

battery isn't removable; microSD card isn't used as adopted storage; won't get software updates as fast as Nexus devices; expensive

One of the most anticipated phones of the year was launched at MWC Barcelona. The Samsung Galaxy S7 and the S7 Edge are an evolution from last year's Galaxy S6 line up. This time though, the S7 Edge is a larger phone as compared to the S7 with 5.5 inch SAMOLED Display compared to the 5.1 inch...

Time-saver edition

The Galaxy S7 edge is the better S7, one may think. That's certainly true if looks are a top priority, but also for more practical reasons - the S7 edge has quite a bit longer battery life.

Stunning to look at; exquisite build; Wonderful 5.5-inch dual-curved AMOLED display; Powerful hardware; benchmark topper; Impressive camera output both stills and video; Excellent battery life; fast charging; both wired and wireless

Awkward handling; Glass accumulates fingerprints; fragile; Non-removable battery; no IR blaster

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC. Plus, the phone supports fast charging, though there's no USB-C here.

+ Stunning design; + Big battery; + MicroSD card slot

- Too big for some; - Drop in camera megapixels; - Expensive

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge

The S7 is a fine upgrade. Samsung has taken some of the more dearly missed features from the Galaxy S5 and integrated them into the Galaxy S7 while boosting the specs to the latest Qualcomm SoC.

The curved sides on the back make the device a little more comfortable to hold; The S7 brings back all the advantages of water resistance with none of the negatives present in the S5; The default app designs aren't bad; but if you don't like them; a trip to the theme store can change things up; Gear...

Glass is still fragile; We'd prefer metal on the back, SD cards are better than ever with Android 6.0's adoptable storage, but Samsung killed the feature, No always-on "OK Google" support.

Samsung Galaxy S 7 Edge is great so far and has a lot of optional on the phone. It 's amazing how clear you can hear you party who is calling you and also the camera is outstanding. I encourage you to invest in S7 Edge it's worth it. I am so happy with the phone.
