Pros

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and didn't think about wether it would be compatible with Rogers, TElus, or Bell. Can someone comment on if this is going to be an issue?

Excellence

this being the first of its kind following the legacy the later two upgrades to S8 now, this phone still rocks! pretty late for a review as i own this for over a year now and its still a sleek monster! awesome camera, cpu and ram are outstanding and keeps it really fast.

The latest and greatest.

This phone is the best one I have ever had. The camera takes pictures that rival some actual cameras I have owned. The 4k video recording was a treat. The beautiful LED display makes watching videos and playing games great. The only drawback is the battery life.

Samsung Galaxy S6 32GB GOLD

Switching from a very basic phone to the Samsung S6 has required a learning curve but I love it. Finally, the ring sound is loud enough to get my attention and the voice clarity makes using it a pleasure. It's size is perfect for me, too.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Review: A Much-Needed Makeover

It wasn't long ago that build and design was a secondary concern to smartphone shoppers. Just a couple of years back, a high-end phone could be considered as such if it came through on the spec sheet, regardless of how the body that held those materials actually felt in your hand.

Premium finish; Spectacular QHD display; Exceptionally fast performance; One of the best main cameras around

No water or dust resistance; Battery life is average for this class; Front-facing camera is too; A little too liberal with its inspirations

Samsung Galaxy S6 review

Now that Apple is finally making big phones , and even the cheapest Android phones feel nice , we all expect more from Samsung - and rightly so. A flagship phone has to be great or it's going to get laughed out of the room.

Beautiful design; Excellent camera; Incredible screen; Beautiful design; Excellent camera; Incredible screen

Average battery life; Software still needs work; No removable battery; expandable memory; Average battery life; Software still needs work; Curved screen mostly a gimmick

Samsung Galaxy S6 review: great design, great device

The Galaxy S6 is clearly a new lease of life for the Galaxy S line, with significant changes made to the design and TouchWiz UI, and I can safely say that it has been for the better.

Glass and metal design; Fast charging; Excellent screen; Revitalization of TouchWiz UI; Exemplary low-light camera performance; Strong processing power

No microSD card; Not waterproof; Protruding camera lens; Bottom-mounted speaker

The metal and glass Galaxy S6 offers an attractive chassis that's a departure from its predecessor. In addition to good looks, the S6 offers a number of attractive photography features, including a generous number of effects and filters.

Large; high-resolution touchscreen; 16MP CMOS sensor; 4K UHD video recording; Minimal delay between shots; Fast burst shooting (10.3fps) at 16M; Quick startup and camera app launch; 25 edit effects for still images; 23 edit effects for videos; High image quality; Quick auto focus in good lighting,...

Auto focus can be slow in low light; Low-light images look a little grainy; Built-in flash is weak; Playback navigation and file sorting could be improved; No highlight peaking with manual focus

Samsung Galaxy S6 Review: A Much-Needed Makeover

After spending a few weeks with it, it's hard to consider the Galaxy S6 anything other than the best Galaxy phone Samsung has ever put together. It erases what may have been the series' biggest drawback, takes steps towards tightening up its second-biggest, and packs a top-notch camera, display, and...
