I was unsure if to get this or the micro version but so glad I went with this. The screen is big but you get used to it after a day or two.. and I think its better than my BlackBerry I had before. The Internet is fast and was so easy to set up.
Got my Samsung Galaxy S3 this morning and i must say i am extremely impressed and you will never get bored with the packed full features, The touchscreen is highly responsive which means you don't get any lag when surfing the internet even on 3g!
having been an i-phone fan for years i decided a change was due. the I-phone 5 isnt that much different from the 4s other than the screen size so i wasnt interested in getting virtually the same phone.
The other potential issue is that, particularly given the Galaxy S3 is such a large and thin phone, it could succumb to being crushed. Particularly we're thinking in comparison to the iPhone 4S and its tough steel sides here.
The phone mostly worked fine but it wouldn't connect with my phone company towers. May have just been a dud
I just had this phone for a little over a year and I love it!!!!! Snappy processor! But in Android 4.0 and 4.1 it was very laggy but when I updated it to Android 4.3 it was smooth as butter! The design is wonderful! Features are cool but some of them are just pure gimmicks.
I went from my iPhone 4 and thought I'd try out the s3. If you like the sorta of open source tech stuff then you will enjoy this phone. However the build quality isn't there yet. It's all plastic and feels cheap for the price.
As you may have known, I'm currently using the iPhone 5 after the Galaxy S3 (haven't written the iPhone 5 review yet at Craving Tech). If you ask me which phone is better, it is a bit hard to answer.
I bought the phone for 2 weeks and found autofocus of the camera didn't work. Sent it back to shop for repair. And I was told to wait for 3 weeks to get the phone back. Even let me to wait after S4 release.
