At first I wanted a Note 4 coming from my Note 3 and they were not available so I waited and read reviews and waited..... Now I have a Note 5 and I love it, don't miss the card slot as much as I thought and I have been using the cloud . The Phone is much faster and sexier . good job

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a great sequel to the classic Note 4, and a phone we can imagine plenty of people favouring over the Galaxy S6 Edge+. After all, a pressure sensitive pen is a bit more useful than a screen that bends around a bit at the sides, right?

Great screen; Great camera; Great design

Non-expandable memory; Not available everywhere (yet

Not a premium device anymore

After one year of use and the latest update, the device won't hold is charge anymore. Going from 100% to 65% of battery in 7 hours of standby time. It use to loose 7% of battery before. It "was" an excellent device all across the board. Please Samsung, release a new firmware.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review: the best big phone just got better

Samsung's Galaxy Note series has never been for everyone, but the Note 5 just might change some minds. It's the smallest, most comfortable version of the phablet to date, and thoughtful software tweaks make the S Pen feel way less gimmicky.

Amazing screen; Top-tier performance; Much-improved S Pen experience; Great camera

Grabbing the S Pen takes an extra step; Some will miss the microSD slot; Far pricier than similar phones

I hope Samsung focuses on implementing a faster fingerprint scanner, and different type of rear glass panel that doesn't attract smudges for their next Note device. On a personal note, I think the Galaxy Note5 has a better value for the buck than the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, even when both has the exact...

+ Sharp AMOLED display; + New S-Pen with eject button; + Snappy performance; + Both the cameras are great

- Average outdoor visibility; - Fingerprint scanner is a bit slow; - Rear glass attracts fingerprints

Samsung Galaxy Note5 Review: Great, Big, & Pricey

Once upon a time, the large-screen smartphone category was dominated by one device: the Samsung Galaxy Note. It was literally the original phablet (not counting the ill-received Dell Streak), and it was the only smartphone north of five inches worth considering.

Excellent design; the Note5 looks great; Superb display; S Pen features useful and well implemented; Powerful and stable performance

Pricey at launch; It's time to move on from USB 2.0; Samsung should have kept the removable battery and microSD card slot
