The Samsung Galaxy A70 gets enough right to make it a good buy at its price. Its huge OLED screen is perfect for watching video, the phone looks great and Samsung's software may appeal more than some of the Chinese rivals that offer a little more for your money.

Samsung's Galaxy A70 is a decent smartphone. However, it will have a very hard time standing out among the huge variety of mid-range smartphones despite its impressive hardware.

Battery life excellent - normally charge up in the car for 30 mins each day - might drop to 75% charge at the day where my previous phone would be dead. Phone charges quickly and battery lasts all day with my normal use unlike the phone I replaced. After having the phone 3 weeks took it out of the pocket to find a crack in the screen - not dropped the phone or sat on it - never had a cracked screen before.

Great phone ... well worth the $$ . . Love the large screen and how quick it is .deff worth getting if your after a new model phone.

It is clear that Samsung wants to impress consumers with a rich, vibrant display and somewhat acceptable design and camera. I mean, the first thing you interact with is that sprawling 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with minimal bezels and that tiny notch (Samsung calls this the Infinity-V).
