The player itself is very small - I almost thought I'd bought a portable player by mistake when I saw it! It's also not a standard width, so it might look out of place on top of an amplifier or other AV unit.

Product is good value for the money but...

Overall I am satisfied with the unit but it has not been without issue. The first time it was connected to wifi the unit instructed me to upgrade the firmware which resulted in the unit freezing and being sent away for repairs.

Some annoying features

I bought this and then returned it because of a few annoying features. For one, when you go out of pause, it keeps a large banner of screen info on screen for about five seconds, which is a big annoying distraction. It also emits a loud musical sound every time you turn it on.

Great introduction to blu-ray

We've always hung back on buying a blu-ray player until the price came down - which is now. This is a really good value little box. A lot of blu-ray discs come with a warning that they can take 3 minutes to load - this player does it in about 5 seconds.

No Good!

This blu ray has ruined every DVD and CD that has gone into it. The blu ray almost burns the disc and it is completely unreadable now! They have huge rings about the disc - what a waste of money!
