I've always had a Russell Hobbs kettle, and am very pleased with the Attentiv kettle. I love that you're able to set the exact temperature you want, and the keep warm feature is always a plus. I haven't used the infuser yet, but am looking forward to giving that a go soon.

I was after a kettle that had: Multiple temperature options Keep warm feature Limited plastic This was the only product I could find with all these features. It is also quiet, boils quickly and looks nice (and it has a tea strainer which admittedly I haven't used). While the price is a bit high, I am very happy with the product thus far.
