This is a review of the vintage version. It certainly has an old-school aura: a hard-to-describe character that is like a movie with a scene shot in soft focus. Everything is soft, smooth, genteel; and definitely of another era.

A year ago I entered the world of souks, looking for a discreet, bitter men's fragrance and tried many. And the Cravache of Piguet prompted me to write a review for the first time, so bizarre were my experiences.
I've used an older bottle, which was a gift, and was accustomed to it. The most recent purchase--a spray--was different than the older bottle. An okay product, but I probably wouldn't pay $90+ in the future.
Cravache is masculine and sophisticated without being too musky like some of that genre of gentleman's perfume. This scent has real depth to it and lasts for days. Best used evenings to add an air of mystery to your persona. You will feel like lord of the manor when wearing this scent.
Draws Compliments; Great Smell; Long-Lasting; Sensual
