Tomb Raider Review | Take A Bow
The Short Version: Boasting a dynamic platforming playground that reveals itself slowly but surely, the entire Tomb Raider experience is built around the (re)birthing of an icon in terms of action-adventuring.
Pros:
- Superb production values - the level of detail in visual and sound design is exceptional
- Excellent
- rollicking action-adventure story
- Combat is the some of the best we've seen from the genre
- let alone the series
- Yamatai is fantastically realised
- exploration encouraged to a huge degree
- Tombs
Cons:
- Less action
- more adventuring please next time
- Multiplayer feels tacked on and superfluous in spite of its solidity

Tomb Raider Underworld: Beneath the Ashes Review
And yes, it does have its own handful of genuine Tomb Raider moments - not many, perhaps, and none of which I need to spoil here, but they add up to a chunk of game that's coherent, pretty, and skilfully assembled.

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
One of the best adventure games on console, with a fantastic blend of action and exploration. The Definitive Edition really is definitive, but isn't worth a repeat buy for those who've already experienced Lara's story.
Pros:
- Lara Croft is a believable badass
- Wonderful
- varied setting
- An excellent sense of pacing
Cons:
- Side characters are dull stereotypes
- Has a slow start
- Definitive Edition offers few upgrades

Missing Treasure
This is what it is to raid a tomb in Tomb Raider : Series lead Lara Croft finds her way into a likely cave or building and is confronted with an environmental platforming puzzle. It's never difficult, but if the player gets hung up, Lara will helpfully supply a clue anyway.
Pros:
- Climbing the Queen's sanctum as it shatters in a storm
Cons:
- Spending 20 minutes trying to glitch my way past a showstopping bug

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is the follow-up to the popular Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light released a few years ago. Temple of Osiris delivers the same blend of puzzle solving and combat wrapped in a co-op shell, but is a little easier and shorter than its predecessor.
Pros:
- Satisfying co-op locally and / or online
- solid gameplay
- interesting puzzles
Cons:
- So-so story
- bland combat
- too easy

good graphics & controls let down by poor frame rate in places
Starts off quite well, good learning curve, puzzels could be a bit more difficult, game keeps you intersted from start to finish (good content), where it lets you down is in the frame rate, up and down, worse when riding the motorbike, like an old pc game in places.

Tomb Raider Review
At the end of one of my many sessions playing Tomb Raider, I thought it would be rather witty of me to conjure up a tweet that read "That awkward moment when you realise you've [...]

Amazing
Fantastic Game, amazing graphics and very good story line. as a tomb raider fan this is no doubt one of the best made for video graphics. Earning the achievements makes it more fun, as you are forced to do quest and special moves to get them in the Lara Croft Manor, making it intresting and fun, and...

Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Overall, Tomb Raider: Anniversary features an age old style of gameplay that is beginning to struggle against the test of time. Whilst the game does a fantastic job at recreating the original Tomb Raider, it often feels like Crystal Dynamics could have done much more with the licence.
Pros:
- Recreates the original Tomb Raider well
- New features are welcome and wanted
- Lara looks set to soon be a Dead or Alive girl
Cons:
- Graphics resemble a lazy port
- Artificial intelligence is laughable
- Relatively short and little replay value
