Rise Of The Tomb Raider PS4 review – celebrating 20 years of Lara Croft
It was already a worthy follow-up to the Tomb Raider reboot, but with all the DLC, and some interesting new extras, this is not only a good game but also a great bargain.
Pros:
- The controls and graphics are excellent, and the platforming and puzzling is a lot more involved than the reboot
- Great stealth combat
- Generous 20th anniversary extras
Cons:
- Too much hand-holding for anything but the optional tombs (and Endurance mode) to offer much challenge
- None of the individual elements have any real depth

Clearly mentioned "Licensed for sale in Middle East and Africa only" on the box.
Clearly mentioned "Licensed for sale in Middle East and Africa only". The only downside for this version is, everytime they say "Prophet" the audio is muted for that word, and in subtitles and every other places it's replaced with the word "Leader".

I guess this is the best game i have ever played
If you tough the first one in 2013 was something wait til you play this one, graphics are sick, game is amazing fun, lots of platforming i love this , the bow and arrows are back with more punch then ever. Great amazing game bring on TR3 i am ready

A fantastic sequel to a fantastic reboot.
They've made this Tomb Raider game a lot more gritty and survivalist than the last, and I loved the last. The last game was the first Tomb Raider game I'd ever liked, and a lot of it's strengths followed on into this sequel.

Disappointing
As a fan of the TR series since PS1 I'm a bit disappointed with this offering.Yes its a good game I suppose but why so much gunfighting. It gets a bit boring after a while.Should be more tombs to explore not caves and puzzles to solve.Some gunplay is ok but not this amount.

- Gorgeous graphics matched by equally impressive gameplay
- More choice and paths in how you play
Cons:
- None really and all of the nitpicking variety
- Some disappointing quality variance in textures and anti-aliasing
- Wish for more character development & involvement of Lara's friends

Following the success of the rebooted Tomb Raider in 2013 , which was then followed by a Definitive Edition for new gen consoles, we now have Rise of the Tomb Raider . However, almost a year on from its initial release, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration finally releases on PS4.
Pros:
- Looks beautiful and plays great
- Enhanced crafting system
- The way wildlife interacts with daily cycle
- Improved open-world with plenty of fulfilment
- Good value for money with added content
Cons:
- Blood Ties Nightmare DLC is ‘Meh
- PSVR mode feels like it's there for the sake of it
