So far, like shredder a lot. It's relatively quiet. It holds up to 100 pieces of paper and quietly sits there shredding away. Makes very small shreds of paper.

Actually ended up returning this product. Despite a good mixture of bad/ good reviews we decided to order this shredder and give it a chance. Unfortunately upon first use it was very.. crappy. I thought maybe this was user error because I have never used an auto feed shredder before.

This rexel auto+ 100 shredder is really a high volume user shredder. It is expensive but in this day and age where confidentiality and security of information is paramount, every company should have a shredder.

I really like this product. The only thing is the bin fills up too quickly and there are times when I put 50 or more sheets it doesn't shred right away, I have to open the lid and fan the paper or take some paper out.
