WipEout 2048 Review

(continued from previous page) ...2048 is extremely aggressive. One wrong turn, a miss of a speed boost, or ill-judged corner can throw players from the front to the back of the pack in a split second. Consequently, it's quite a punishing campaign mode, particularly in the mid-to-latter stages.

Looks and sounds fantastic; Excellent range of event types and tracks; The promise of an intensely competitive multiplayer arena

Will be frustrating for those who can't master the tight tracks and compete against the new; aggressive A.I; Long loading times

Resistance: Fall Of Man Accessible Review

Precision: Players with motor function and precision concerns will experience difficulties consistent with any first-person shooter. Players need to strafe, take cover, move quickly, leap to certain spots and make precise movements. Recommend rating of 1 out of 10.

Resistance: Fall of Man

Resistance: Fall of Man, developed by the veteran Insomniac team, is Sony's flagship PlayStation 3 launch title. We've all seen the many great looking screenshots and trailers, but still the questions remain: is the final product really good as Sony has made us believe?

WipEout 2048

The Wipeout series goes back to the original PlayStation, and yet another high-speed racing sequel has been prepped for the launch of the PlayStation Vita. Resistance: Fall of Man

Resistance: Fall of Man has the distinction of being both the first first-person shooter for the new PS3 and its best game as of launch time. Resistance starts with the premise that World War II never happened, and instead, a race of infectious monster zombies called the Chimera are taking over the...

WipEout 2048

It seems that when a new game system is released, racing games tend to clog the list of launch titles. This was no different with the PS Vita. A grand total of five racing games were released within a week of the PS Vita launch. Some were really good, some, not so much.

Resistance: Fall of Man PS3 Review

It has nasty aliens in it and it's an FPS. There's no doubting that one of the PS3's biggest launch games, Resistance: Fall of Man has its similarities with the gargantuan Halo series, which it has to be said is also on another console.

Resistance: Fall of Man (PS3) - Review

The First-Person Shooter genre is extremely crowded and competitive. In order to stand out, an FPS has to be truly unique and not be afraid to try something different. Being a high profile launch title also makes the need to stand out even more dire, in order to validate the purchase of early...

Resistance: Fall of Man UK Review

Imagine, if you will, that history as you know it never happened. Say, that instead of crazy Nazis rampaging through Europe, World War II was an epic struggle against a race of extraterrestrials, hell-bent on global domination and stuffing people into tiny tubes. Actually, that's ridiculous.
