- Great atmosphere and characters
- Well developed tension and threat
- Unpredictable
- strong horror tone
Cons:
- Latter parts of the game lack depth
- Boss fights are a bit hit and miss

Xbox One Review - 'Resident Evil 7: Biohazard'
Buy Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is terrifying for roughly the first 40 minutes. In the 10 to 12 hours that follow, you become a little less scared and more energized as you're reminded of what made this series so enjoyable when it crawled onto screens 20 years ago.

You're about to see something wonderful Combining items is done in a clever way that kept me on my toes for the first three-quarters of the 10-12 hour story. Chemical fluid can be found and mixed with either gunpowder for bullets, or herbs for a stronger first-aid medicine.

Much needed revival of the series
I was a skeptic upon hearing about this title after how wrong Resident Evil 5 and 6 had been. The horror series had needed something fresh and new. This was desperately needed. The game is great and plays very well.

Not so great
I have been a fan of resident evil since the original on playstation. I know they tried to take the franchise in a new direction, which I applaud, but i was disappointed entirely.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Xbox One
Resident Evil 7 pays homage to where the original crafted the survival horror genre that so many fans know & love. A true modern survival horror done extremely well, if you're looking for that next title to do that genre justice look no further.
