Resident Evil 7
Capcom has released Resident Evil 7 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Resident Evil 7 takes place in Dulvey, Louisiana on a creepy plantation packed full of eerie frights around every corner.
demo shows promise
I just played the demo and it's creepy to say the Least. Although I don't think we care for the first person view, this game has you looking over your shoulder at all times. It is kind of interesting though.
Resident Evil 7: biohazard Review
The Resident Evil series has never been afraid of change. After cementing the very foundations of the survival-horror genre, the franchise moved more
You're about to see something wonderful
You're about to see something wonderful Combining items is done in a clever way that kept me on my toes for the first three-quarters of the 10-12 hour story. Chemical fluid can be found and mixed with either gunpowder for bullets, or herbs for a stronger first-aid medicine.
Resident Evil 7 Biohazard: "About as an essential a horror experience as you can get"
Much of Resident Evil 7's fear comes from leaving you alone. There are scares, and drawn out horrible sequences, but many of my favouri...- Great atmosphere and characters
- Well developed tension and threat
- Unpredictable
- strong horror tone
- Latter parts of the game lack depth
- Boss fights are a bit hit and miss
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Review
A Delightfully Horrifying New Perspective
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Review – Faithful to a Fault
Few gaming series are able to keep themselves relevant for over 20 years, but Capcom has done just that with Resident Evil. This is largely due to the series evolving over time, and the ability to switch things up once the formula has gone stale.- Innovative use of found footage
- Stellar boss fights
- First third of the game is brilliant
- Fresh ideas are dropped midway
- Poor puzzles and dated item management return
- Later areas are boring
Resident Evil 7: review
If you've been waiting for a game that features invincible hillbillies, oddly-placed keys, and a very dirty house, Capcom have got you covered with Resident Evil 7. The seventh game sees things shuffled around so much, it's not really recognisable as a Resident Evil game.
Much needed revival of the series
I was a skeptic upon hearing about this title after how wrong Resident Evil 5 and 6 had been. The horror series had needed something fresh and new. This was desperately needed. The game is great and plays very well.
