First foray into the world of security cameras and (as the title says) I will likely be back for more Reolink products. My reasons for this are: - Metal housing of camera gives reassurance. - Super simple to operate app. - Ability to back up footage to both the camera and FTP. Footage in two places seems wise. - Ability to zoom in a camera this price. - Wife approved. The ease of use of the app for playback can't be overstated. The only area I'd knock the camera setup was the need to reboot my network switch to power the camera. I am very happy with this camera. The quality of the images are amazing and nigh vision really works well. The infrared LED lights around the lens really makes it obvious to any intruder at night that there is a camera observing.

Purchased this because of what I hoped to be a useful optical zoom not found on the other cameras I have. The box was missing the waterproof cable cover but I didn't know how to even begin explaining this to the staff at PB Tech, and I'm not sure they can even order replacements so I've just used electrical tape and heatshrink to seal it and hope that it holds.
