Works well in both light and dark conditions. Motion capture is good. Note that you don't need the matching NVR for this to work as is sometimes stated. the Reolink client sees it fine and there are ways to get it working with the likes of Blue Iris and Shinobi if your Google-fu is up to it.

This camera has great resolution and is good quality like all other Reolink units, however be careful when purchasing as it is not possible to use this camera with 3rd party recording software (such as Synology Surveillance Station) and one also cannot install a SD card into the camera. All video streams have to go directly to a Reolink video recorder unit which is another $500. So great if you want up to 8 cameras and all linked to a dedicated recorder, but don't buy this if you do not plan to also have a dedicated recorder.
